This project will train and allow trainers to raise their awareness about the behaviour and learning problems that such learners may experience in order to implement relevant coping strategies to ensure their full inclusion into the VET learning process and to avoid any possible dropout because not adapted learning strategies have been applied.
We will equip with knowledge, skills and competences the VET trainers that could implement strategies towards career development and social inclusion of those disadvantaged learners.
We will not allow VET staff to diagnose or to treat these problems: this is not part of the trainers’ work and besides, it is strictly forbidden!
